At this time, we are not able to make any changes to orders upon they are placed. This includes removing an item, adding an item, combining multiple orders into one, delaying shipment, or cancelling order. Upon order submission, our team automatically starts processing them in an effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Please be sure to confirm everything is correct in your cart before you submit your order. We apologise for any inconveniences and appreciate your understanding.

Yes you are able to track your order. Click here to track your order. Your confirmation email on Order Shipped should also has a link to track your package.


Yes, we offer free shipping for orders over $60 in a single transaction. 

Thank you for your interest. At this point in time, we do not offer shipping to countries outside Singapore. We apologise for this and when we are able to ship to other countries beyond Singapore, our website will show this option.

It will take approximately 1 to 3 working days depending on our logistics partners.

Returns & Exchange

We are sorry to hear that for whatever reasons, our product did not satisfy your expectations. We will gladly offer refund and/or exchange within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following terms and conditions:

 Item(s) must be in its original purchase condition received.
– Packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
– Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set. 
– Please retain your invoice for verification purpose.
– All returns of online orders made on will strictly be refunded via store credits to the original purchasing account.
– Shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by Three Beauties. Three Beauties will not be responsible for any lost mail sent back without a tracking number. 


This return policy does NOT apply to items that have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable. 

Your rights under any applicable consumer law are additional to and not affected by Three Beauties’s return and exchange policy above.

We’re sorry about that! If you received a product different from the one that you ordered or that your product arrived damaged, please email to [email protected], state your order number and attach a snapshot of the product clearly. Our Customer Care will attend to you within 1 – 3 working days.  

Any exchange / return (incorrect or defective product) requested after the timeline of 14 working days from receiving your order will be not accepted. 


Yes. Products marked as final sale, partial return of gift sets and free gifts or promotional items are not eligible for returns.

Credit card refunds usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement once the return is processed.

All our products are 100% Vegan, PETA certified and cruelty free. We do not use any animal derived ingredients and do not test our products on animals. 

Our beauty collection is certified halal by JAKIM Malaysia. Our breathable nail polish is certified by International Halal Integrity Alliance

Wuduh friendly and ablution safe means that the breathability and water permeability formula has the ability for water molecules to penetrate the breathable nail polish to reach your nail plate. 

To maintain high quality standards, our nail polish products are made in the USA and conforms to FDA regulations and the distinct Californian Proposition 65 Act. Our halal beauty products are made in Malaysia.

All Three Beauties products have a 36 month shelf life. As per standard beauty industry hygiene recommendations, we advise that, once opened, you use your product within 6 months.
